I remember you spoke to me and ?mile about quivers.
That should be very difficult to sort out.
I believe that the one used by the actors in the movie "The house Of The Flying Daggers" are the one we may think to reproduce, they are, if I can trust the costume and the equipment of the guys the one used by chinese in the past, or similar.
As far as I remember, they have a pocket for the bow, and an arrangment on this pocket to fit the arrows. Very neat. We may work on a prototype, and if suitable have some made in a chinese factory.

Eric,
TQ for the interest of making a quiver and bow case. I gather you seen my prototype bowcase made out of a worn rucksag and it works well for ground archery. It just bad when riding. I have no ideas of quivers even on ground. Could you let me know have a look of the picture.
That looks great!!! Do you have more on that? I am looking for exactly this type of holster/quiver designs. I have started a new topic on -turkish quivers and holsters- so it can be posted there as well.Greetings & Salaam,

Concerning the rucksack type quiver in "house of flying daggers" - I have seen that allright. Don't you think this was a mere phantasie style?
It had something of a skythian quiver but wearing it on ones back....I don't know..........I don't think it's the real thing. Greetings & Salaam
