Traditional archery next to hi-tech competition

Greetings to All !

the first official, organised by the Greek Archery Federation, traditional archery competition took place in Athens on July 16 2006.

Right next to a line of Olympic athletes shooting hi tech bows, we formed a small line of archers armed with stripped down compounds and a few Kassai bows.

We even went down to our knees and shoot, making the rigid stance olympic athletes, I guess..., a little envy.
