International conference on ?The Development of National Traditional Sports in the 21th Century?
As a part of the brilliant culture of different nations from around the world, national traditional sports have essential effects to improve the health of human beings and enrich people?s lives. When human society entered into the 21th century, especially at a time when modern Olympic sports were more and more concerned. What is the current situation and prospect of national traditional sports? It is an issue on which the figures in the sports world pay a great deal of attention. So The College of Physical Education at Jimei University in collaboration with The Sports Research Institute of WASEDA University in Japan, will host the International Conference on the Development of National Traditional Sports in the 21th Century. Now we are soliciting the media and will also invite celebrities from the international sports world to attend. Here are the following details about the meeting:

Thesis requirements:
1. Every author should submit an abstract about 1500 words in length using Chinese, English or Japanese language. Please include the author?s name, profession, gender, address and telephone number.
2. Invited experts and the authors should submit the full thesis about 3000-10000 words in length in a month after the meeting. We will compile and publish these papers using Chinese language (with catalog using Japanese and English language). We also will bear all the publishing cost and present every author with two collected works.
3. Deadline to submit the abstract is : Augest 15, 2005 (except the invited experts). deadline to submit the full paper is : November 31, 2005.
