Quiver Base
I have attached a drawing of the base insert of the Turkish style quiver I made for Dr Grayson. It was carved out of a single piece of wood. I based the dimensions on the visible lines on old Turkish quivers showing an impression of where the wooden insert ended.
I glued on the leather cover of the base and then put glue around the edges and pushed it into the base of the quiver. I then sewed the leather cover to the bottom edges of the quiver body.
There are no dimensions because each base has to be made for the quiver it fits. There is some trimming and shaping done so it makes a neat fit without distorting the lines of the quiver.

Thank You friend.
