Thomas; I am proud to have your book. As I am on the road I have not taken time to examine it yet. I am sure it is up to your usual standard.

The Koreans think highly of you and your family. -j-

Thanks, Jack--I really appreciate that. I look forward to hearing from you after you've had a chance to read it.

Thomas and all; Read your book on the plane home. Exactly as you present it; an excellent beginning/intermediate book on Korean Archery. Thanks for making this information available to the English speaking audience. I can imagine how much work goes into the making of such a book. Looks like your son grew one foot during its writing!

The book by the Korean bowyer is also an excellent one, if not for the text (In Korean) at least for the many high quality pictures. I believe that to have both books is an important addition to my library.

Thanks again, Jack.

Dear Thomas,
this is to thank you! for another time for your excellent book you offered me during W.T.A.F. in Korea.
Upon studying its pages I was able to understand completely the Korean Archery like to "touch" it during centuries...
Our Horseback Archery Team in Athens-Greece presents it in our website http://www.horsebackarcherygr.com/2007wtafkorea.htm like one of the most important editions of its kind.
Congratulation not only for the information you are offering but also for the way you present each one from its chapters!
Thank you!

In case you did not find it, I have sent you a PM, about some confusion I had about the the Korean measurement for arrow weight, In your book you refered to it as "ton".

Congratulations Thomas, you did excellent work.

Matt's question was why I spelled arrow weight in my book ton and in other places don. My reply was this:
It's the same thing. The only difference being, I used the McCune-Reishchauer method of romanizing in my book, whereas I used romanization in some other places to help people with correct pronunciation. The actual pronunciation of the Korean word is dohn.

Thanks, Cem.

None of the above links seem to work any more. Can someone post the title of the book and, if possible, where it can be purchased?
Thomas Duvernay
Yes, that's the one. My site was "refurbished" by a student a year ago and some links are missing. One of these days, I'll have to go all through it and find the dead links.
