the result of sinew soaking one month
i am soaking the sinew in a plastic bottle,three days the liquid turn turbidly, after soaking one month and dry , the sinew turn red and deep color, i'm wonder it has more strength not rotten but real lousy works , after it dry ,the sinew strings can make so fine, the color and strength same as some hornbow in china qinghai province
some case if soaking sinew in water one month , i can not suffer from these strong smell and never do it in your home , if the water on your hand , the smell need 2-3 days thorough disappear, so if your hand touch the sinew and water, your family can not suffer you in home, in one year the sinew will fully decompose to liquid,

You mean to say soaking sinew for a year in water dissolves it completely, leaving no trace of sinew strands whatsoever?
yes, form eyes look it is dissolves it completely, it's color seemed green
when make these sinew (soaking one month) so fine, it stil is white , only the surface has red-yellow color, i use fingers draw the sinew strings compare to the sinew not soaking, the soaked sinew is stronger than not soaked, maybe it is base use many fine sinew strings make long rope back to the bow.
also i am try soaking three days, some result of sinew is a few yellow, others is deep yellow, all of them and make the fine sinew strings but stronger diiffer, what action and what matter add the strength to the sinew surface. it need a lot experiment to validate it
