modern glue question

Hello,
I'm wondering if anybody has used any modern types of glue for gluing wood to horn. If so what kinds?
I want to make a bow that I could use regardless of the weather since I'm scared of taking my hide/fish glue bows out during the wet damp pacific northwest climate!
