Can anyone tell me how Grozer Company attaches the handle to the bow to keep the center bent? And where on the back or the belly?

It would be normal for the core to be glued to the grip on the back side, having first bent the core so that the tips point forward. The wood of the grip is shaped to support and reinforce the recurve of the bow.

Grozer's 'Old Scythinan' bows do not resemble real old Scythian bows; but they are pleasing to shoot.
