Adam writes in Ottoman t?rkish archery that green wood should be soaked X days, air dried wood for 1 week and kiln dried wood for 3 weeks.
Surely that will work, however taking time.
Weighting has been used to determine if stave is still drying or has reached equilibrium moisture.
Why not try that backwards? If it is gaining weight, it is still sucking up water. If not then it has all the water it can take... right?

maybe soaking remove all hydrophile matter of wood, but form i test it can dry fast but it is not strong than before soaking wood, thanks , it seemed i am not need buy the book, form member ask , i know what on the book :D

Maybe soaking removes all water soluble matters from wood, but based on tests I have done, it can dry fast, but is not as strong afterwards than it was before soaking it.
(I reformulated your answer to my interpretation of what I thought you meant, so that we would not discuss about different things.)
I assume you meant after soaking and boiling, since soaking alone does not do many useful things. I think soaking and boiling always weaken wood a little, but they allow bending it to forms, which is easier than trying to find naturally grown pieces.
Anyhow I was not talking about that. I was trying to find minimum needed soak time for heat bending using boiling.
NOTE: I am interested in that since I am doing a construction where I soak, boil and bend only half a bow at time, and that means that now I am keeping the handle area half wet during the soaking and I know it opens the window for fungi, thus I want to minimize the time. I am also always interested in minimizing the waiting times in general...
