Pebble bow requires 15 minutes to understand the technique and 15 months to get any good at it. You need to torque the bow grip outward as you draw back to the eye, so that the pebble misses your wrist but hits the target. It just takes practice. You can start your practice with wads of damp tissue paper instead of pebbles.

My bow is made of simple bamboo.People grip bow under pebble shooting trajectory ,So it can't shoot to hand,but shoot to bow.I'm sorry I couldn't explain clear with my poor English .
