i am near no way buy the good horn,and lost patience in this year best weather time in my live area, other times will be more demp and hot
there are more biochemistry knowledge about horn, but no any knowledge about horn protein and more about feather and fish, what is horn structure and what matter is horn solution? i can find some matter acid\ alkali\enzymolysis for solution horn
i guess form soluttion horn for composite the horn is top secret ,some bowyer has do it more than 30 year ago,

i also buy silk-fibroin , the horn soluttion 6 hours has some granule 12 hours has small fibre, it solution the horn week and soft part , when i dry it these horn can not break beter than raw horn

the key is keratin ：C6H12N2O4S2 and Tyrosine,we can buy all struff from horn kerating without suffering of strong acid smell, for soluttion 100g horn i use 8$ acid waste it more

when the all horn soluttion well the super stronger foul smell fulling all room and outdoor from 30M like 150 year ago the WC ,yes , i can soluttion horn form acid\enzymolysis, i find the glue of horn , it often in the top of liquid; the sheep horn glue seemed in the bottom, i need got a feeler mechanism know what it is and buy it , make it is need 3m mask for avoid these smell

now the big trouble is dry and apply the horn "glue", the horn glue on hand or touch anything, very hard remove it , so easy hang a edge of a knife on a steel dish
