Grooving Crore And Horn

I want to gather as much information on the grooving done on horn and crore. In particular with turkish bows.If any of you have a good method of doing this, tools you use to do them, pics, ideas......etc, please post it here. -- Traditional methods as well as alternative methods, please post everything.
Reto allready suggested the use of "veritas toothed scraper".
