Brass/Bronze thumbrings
I've been including a "thumbring" acclimation exercise within my normal archery exercising for about a month. I think I'm able to try using a thumbring.
I had hoped to obtain one locally, but my contact did not respond to my telephone calls. I have identified two metal thumbring sources, but their information confuses me.

I am corresponding with Quicks Archery (UK) and Horsebows.com (USA) to buy a pair of Gr?zer metal thumb rings.
Quicks Archery offers thumb ring #GA51 thumb ring by Gr?zer, found at http://www.quicksarchery.co.uk/superbas ... oduct=1296. Dean, of their support staff wrote to me to confirm the thumb ring is made of BRONZE.
Mr. Gilbert of horsebows.com wrote to me that his "Thumbring," found at the bottom of web page http://www.horsebows.com/accessories.htm is the same thumb ring as offered by Quicks Archery. But horsebow.com's thumb ring, Gilbert informs me is made of BRASS.

Are these thumb rings the same Gr?zer-manufactured item? If they are, of what metal are they made?
If these are different items, both made by Gr?zer, of what metal is each thumb ring made?

I received a reply to my query to Gr?zer Csaba directly. Here it is.

thank you for your letter. We are apologise for the late reply.
We make two kind of thumbrings. One is made of bronze, one is made of horn.
Quicks Archery sells our bronze thumbring but we do not know anything about the other.
Hope we could help and it is not too late.
Best regards,
Noemi Varga, Csaba Gr?zer's assistant

I do not know whether the thumb ring is made by Gr?zer's company, made for Gr?zer's company in Hungary, or, as Mr. Gilbert intimates, made in Pakistan in the same shop his brass thumb rings are made.

Having made connection with my "thumb ring guy," I should be able to give the release method a test within the month.
