Looking for an inexpensive horsebow

HI

I am looking for an inexpensive horsebow made from modern materials. I am a university student and do not have a lot of income. I was thinking of buying a Samick SKB, but I have heard mixed opinions. I have heard great things of Hwarang bow by Thomas, but I cannot afford it. So, I was wondering if there is a good quality inexpensive horsebow manufacturer out there that someone could point me in the right direction or if someone is willing to sell one of theirs. BTW, my draw length using the three finger draw is about 28".

Thanks

Try this guy. Rainer is super good at getting stuff to you and his customer service is great. I have picked up several things from him.

JonR,

Have you had any experience with the old scythian? I was wondering about the cast/stability of the bow with regards to speed. And, can I order one without the leather cover--I think that all of the leather on the limbs might add excessive weight to limbs which might affect the performance of the bow. Thanks

We have a design ready here based on Tibetan horse bows. It is a take-down, so it is easy to ship. It will be about US$150. I have some prototypes here.
